The Leadership & Peformance Futures 2006 event was very successful and our thanks goes to the sponsors, facilitators and attendees. There was a real sense of an emerging community here. There was no shortage of positive feedback and the main points were:
- Organised so there was plenty of time to debate and network
- Right balance of broadcast and dialogue – right level of intimacy & animation and a venue that supported this
- Simple justification and explanations of complex issues
- The application of the principles and tools discussed can be applied in a far wider context – as learning & performance professional we need to step outside our often narrow environments.
